Made to SpecificationManufacturing Capabilities
The Company operates six dedicated extrusion press lines supported by in-house tooling, heat treatment, surface finishing, and quality assurance departments — providing a fully integrated manufacturing capability.
Extrusion presses ranging from 5″ to 12″ circle size accommodate profiles from small precision cross-sections to large structural members, with outputs across both 6xxx and 7xxx series alloys.
All profiles are manufactured and verified to EN 755 (European) and ASTM B221 (American) dimensional tolerance standards. In-house coordinate measuring equipment ensures compliance prior to dispatch.
Standard catalogued profiles are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Bespoke tooling and custom die production is completed within 10 to 15 working days. Priority scheduling is available upon request.
Mill finish, natural anodising, hard anodising, polyester powder coating, and bright dipping services are provided in-house, offering a single-source supply chain for the complete finished component.
